circus token contracts are permissionless — anyone can launch. But this website is a first-party interface, and we moderate what it shows and promotes. Here's the deal.
🚫 No impersonation
Don't impersonate people, projects, or brands — and don't imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, Robinhood or any tokenized security. circus is an independent launchpad. Names, tickers, and images that copy real brands or listed securities will be removed.
🎣 No scams, drainers, or fake claims
No wallet-drainer links, phishing, fake airdrops, or claims that a coin is 'safe', 'guaranteed', or endorsed by circus. A verified-trader badge means someone is a verified trader — it is NOT investment advice or a safety rating.
🛑 No abuse, threats, or illegal content
No harassment, threats, doxxing, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or anything illegal. Financial incentives make this kind of abuse more adversarial here than on a normal forum — so we moderate it hard.
🤖 No spam or bot swarms
No comment spam, coordinated shilling, or bot rings. Comments are rate-limited and captcha-gated; repeat abusers get their wallets sanctioned. Comment counts never affect a coin's ranking, so spamming them buys you nothing.
How to report
Tap the ⚑ on any comment to report it. Reports go to a human review queue — nothing is auto-removed by report volume, so brigading the report button doesn't work either. We can hide content and sanction wallets independently of who created the coin. If you think we got a moderation call wrong, reach out and we'll review it.
Memecoins are volatile and most go to zero. Nothing on circus is investment advice. Trade responsibly.
